A large telecommunication company has offered ITalents conducting a team building and training project. A new team of IT specialists was formed in order to develop and support CRM system. Due to a substantial number of different mutually connected technologies and applications the project was aimed at providing a team of specialists with highly diverse competences. What is more it involved a training scheme in order to accustom the team to client’s heterogenic environment.
Currently ITalents team is proud to be responsible for the most sophisticated IT projects of this client. At the same time the client has downsized the number of services delivered by competitive IT companies due to ITalents preferential rates, which reduced development and system support costs.
INTERNATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANY
First ITalents projects concerned leasing of Human Resources services. Another step, which strengthened our relation with the client, were personnel consultancy projects aiming at providing highly unique specialists on Polish market. The projects proved to be successful despite the off-limits agreement as well as other contracts between the client and his contracting party.
At the moment we are conducting soft training schemes, critical from our client’s point of view (communication). Our teacher trainers are highly accessed by the training participants and scores 4.8 out of 5.0. The satisfaction level from our training services enables us to deliver trainings which used to be a great advantage of our foreign competitors.
Additionally we are offering a unique combination of Outsourcing Human Resources and Personnel Consultancy. This practical solution enables the client to sign an employment contract directly with previously leased resources after the expiry of the lease agreement.

We began our cooperation from delivering standardized services such as Outsourcing of Human Resources and Personnel Consultancy. During the accomplishment of recruitment projects the Client informed ITalents about his plans of either creating a Polish subsidiary or acquiring a local company.
ITalents successfully accomplished a due diligence project. Currently our Client, an international consultancy company, which employs over 6.500 employees worldwide, is during acquisition the company recommended by ITalents.

Our client’s standardized activity focuses on delivering game systems services. ITalents is responsible for providing the services of Human Resources lease as well as writing software on demand for the department of integrating solutions for cash lotteries operators and cash lotteries industry. Systems created by ITalents are currently used in 7 countries.
