conditions of cooperation
During cooperation with our clients we abide by 5 business rules:

Clients’ satisfaction,

No risk for the Client and ITalents,

Contracts carried out in accordance with the law,
-
Contracts are written clearly from commercial, technical and tax side,
-
Services are provided in accordance with both Client’s and ITalents’ standards.
In the first stage of cooperation with a client we try to understand both his long and short – term needs concerning The Outsourcing of Human Resources, Personnel Consultancy, trainings as well as other areas.
Next step is entering into a Frame Agreement, which defines general conditions of cooperation between the client and ITalents or a single Frame Agreement (referring only to a particular project). It’s key elements determine:

Methods of communication,
-
Conditions of delivering accounting for services,

Guarantee of confidentiality.
After signing a general, bilateral contract with a client ITalents appoints a contact person, who is responsible for project accomplishment as well as:

Request for Proposals,
-
Creating and sending offers,
-
Determining the conditions of delivering services within a project,
-
Supervision of accomplishment of the project and accounting for delivered services.
If parties have signed a Frame Agreement, in response to every Request for Proposal ITalents presents the candidates:

In the first place candidates’ CVs are sent do the client,
-
Secondly, after the candidates are chosen by the client, interviews are organized, either at client’s or ITalent’s premises.
In response to Request for Proposal concerning other areas of ITalents’s activity (trainings, consultancy, due diligence etc.) a single offer is created and discussed during the meeting with a client.
Regular cooperation includes among many such aspects as:

Cyclical meetings during which current affairs connected with the accomplishment of the project as well as Client’s present and future needs are discussed,
-
Monthly reports summarising delivered services.
